lot size is less than 10,890 square feet. 10,890 square feet
is one quarter of an acre. To determine the size of your lot,
please visit the link below that corresponds to the county that your
property is located.
Collin County
- when the Collin
County Appraisal District window pops up, please input your street
number and street name, then click "Find". Click on the
"account number" of your address. This will bring up the
information on your property that the tax district has. Scroll
down the page and click on "Plat Map". This should activate a
plat map. Locate your property on the map, and determine the
lot size from the dimensions given.
Denton County - when the Denton
County Appraisal District window pops up, please input your street
number and street name, then click "Search". When
your property is displayed, click on "View Details" Scroll
down and click on "Land Segments." The size of your lot
will should be displayed.
If you have any
